My name is Zoë, and I have been obsessed with books my entire life, and that's not hyperbole. I was named after a book character, Zooey from Franny and Zooey.

I have always been fascinated by the journey a book takes. Let's say you buy a book from the Atlanta airport on your way back from a work trip, you read it, then you give it to your friend, who takes it to their trip in Virginia, they leave it at the Airbnb, and then someone picks up and reads it on their train ride home to New Jersey. It's mind-blowing to think of the physical journey a book takes, in addition to the journey we humans get the privilege of taking when we read a book.

So, I opened a bookstore in Nashville to bring pre-loved books to the masses.
